Allow us to introduce ourselves.
We are Glynis and Tina and we’ve lived in the Torrevieja/Villamartin area since 2004. During that time we’ve been successfully looking after home owners, their properties and their tenants here on the Costa Blanca.
With the onset of “El Crisis” in late 2008, property prices have fallen by over 25%. Prices are in some cases are lower than since 2001-2, just before the boom. So a good time to pick up a bargain but mainstream buyers are still cautious. Hence we have opened a sales arm to our business to help our existing owners who want to sell and to offer buyers more flexible options such as “Try B4 U Buy” . We offer a professional and legal service which puts the best interests of the owner first and foremost.
