Where Premier Rentals does not manage the rental a one-off fee will be charged equivalent to 2 weeks rental up to 6 month let, and one months rental over 6 month let. Holiday commission is charged at 50€ per week

NB. We do not recommend utility bills be changed into the tenants´name. However should you require this we charge 40€ per utility for each change.
